About the role
The IT Business Applications Specialist serves as the bridge between business operations and technology. This individual is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business applications while helping lead the organization's ERP transformation efforts. The role combines functional business analysis, application support, and ERP transformation work within a heavy equipment and distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 and related applications
- Gathering and translating business requirements into system solutions
- Configuring business applications to support operational needs
- Supporting testing, troubleshooting, user support, and training
- Documenting business processes and system requirements
- Managing application performance and data integrity
- Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders
- Assisting with ERP transition, adoption, and stabilization efforts
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Serving as a trusted advisor to operational stakeholders

Requirements

- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions

Pay
The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
This is a Permanent position based out of Carrollton, TX. This is a fully onsite position in Carrollton, TX. This position is anticipated to close on Sep 18, 2026.
