IT Business Analyst III

Location: Charlotte, NC

About the role

Capture and support the delivery of business and system requirements to achieve organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and perform impact analysis. Work closely with development teams to refine requirements into actionable specifications. Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning and backlog refinement sessions. Ensure clear communication of project dependencies and progress to all relevant teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical implementation role with requirements and solution expertise.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools like JIRA.
• Proven ability to understand, document, and execute project development and testing requirements.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading PI Planning sessions and articulating key dependencies.
