IT Business Analyst III

About the role

IT Business Analyst III position located in Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid) with a 12‑month contract. The role requires working onsite three days per week and involves partnering with the Digital CRM Product Team and the business to capture and support the delivery of business and system requirements for the Global Banking Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Digital CRM Product Team and the business to capture and support the delivery of business and system requirements.
• Work on the development of the Global Banking Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with management and onsite/offsite development staff to accomplish project deliverables.
• Manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver results within aggressive deadlines.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology and practices for project execution.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar area of study.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce Lightning.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with structured programming such as APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, and SOA.
• Understanding of integration efforts with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and third‑party app‑exchange solutions.
• Working knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, and ETL.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, such as Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑starter with good aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and openness to learning new technologies.

Schedule
