The IT Business Analyst for our Commercial & Sales Enablement – Salesforce team will combine business analysis and Salesforce expertise to translate business needs into effective, data‑driven technology solutions that improve processes and deliver value. This role supports product owners by translating priorities into requirements, providing context, and ensuring solutions align with business goals. It requires a mix of technical and non‑technical skills including strong business process knowledge and an understanding of Salesforce and related systems.
