Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within financial services.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
- Hands-on experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
- Experience coordinating UAT activities and managing testing deliverables.
- Familiarity with data integration, data migration, user access management, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments with governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Compliance, GRC, RegTech, or Regulatory Reporting platforms.
- Understanding of regulatory inventory, obligation management, and compliance risk management processes.
- Experience supporting API and system integration projects.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
Pay
Salary between USD $130,000 - US$155,000
