IT Business Analyst (1)

Responsibilities

• Finding ways to automate and streamline business processes
• Compiling reports to support the business

Desired Skills

• Report writing (Including but not limited to PowerBI, SQL, Crystal Reports)
• SharePoint and Office365 Suite Administration
• Management of multiple projects from beginning to completion
• Ability to develop solutions to current management challenges
• Collaboration with management team to implement solutions
• Experience with or the capacity to develop simple applications based on previously written solutions
• Troubleshooting software issues
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Training staff members on chosen IT solutions
• Testing and evaluation of new technology
• Light hardware responsibilities when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior knowledge of manufacturing a plus
• 1-5 years of experience in similar role
