Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About the Role
This position is responsible for troubleshooting and entry-level work on the computer network of Grow Op Farms. Supports and adheres to the company’s Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots printer issues
- Troubleshoots Network Connectivity issues
- Troubleshoots Computer Application issues
- Runs Network/Low Voltage Cable
- Terminates Cat 5e/6 Network Cable
- Assists in Camera adjustments
- Assists with any special projects, as needed
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned
- Assists with Research and Development projects as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Six (6) months of experience in IT support/network administration or equivalent experience preferred
Physical Abilities
- Regularly walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time, pull/push, reach, carry up to 40 pounds, and grasp
- Frequently climb, talk, or hear
- Occasionally crawl
- Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
