Schedule

Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About the Role

This position is responsible for troubleshooting and entry-level work on the computer network of Grow Op Farms. Supports and adheres to the company’s Standards of Conduct & Discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots printer issues
  • Troubleshoots Network Connectivity issues
  • Troubleshoots Computer Application issues
  • Runs Network/Low Voltage Cable
  • Terminates Cat 5e/6 Network Cable
  • Assists in Camera adjustments
  • Assists with any special projects, as needed
  • Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned
  • Assists with Research and Development projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
  • Six (6) months of experience in IT support/network administration or equivalent experience preferred

Physical Abilities

  • Regularly walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time, pull/push, reach, carry up to 40 pounds, and grasp
  • Frequently climb, talk, or hear
  • Occasionally crawl
  • Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
