Responsibilities
- Managing lifecycle of mobile assets (Ordering, receiving, preparing, distributing, inventory, store, track, repair/replace, dispose).
- Creating a report on technology assets.
- Respond to mobile device reported tickets and handle them accordingly.
- Updating departmental records accurately and timely for all IT assets and services.
- Support with service requests and ticket resolution.
- Support team with updating vendor portals records for asset management needs.
- Update documentation to assist user clients and IT staff.
- Support team with non-standard user requests and recommend effective solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently while being an active team player.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Matured in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA.
- Major(s) Preferred: Computer Science, Computer Information Science degree program, or related field.
