IT - Asset Mngmnt Specialist II
Role Overview
We are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to perform hardware asset management for end-user assets, including laptops, desktops, and printers. This role requires the candidate to be on-site five days a week and involves both desk work and physical inventory management. The position requires the ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Process returns and manage assets moving to maintenance.
- Handle repaired assets and return them to stock.
- Perform physical warehouse inventory and related scanning tasks.
- Update scan kiosks and manage catalog order processing in ServiceNow.
- Cook with imaging teams for asset disposition.
Required Qualifications
- A basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform is required.
- Candidates must have intermediate Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or asset management cycles.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
