IT - Asset Mngmnt Specialist II

Role Overview

We are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to perform hardware asset management for end-user assets, including laptops, desktops, and printers. This role requires the candidate to be on-site five days a week and involves both desk work and physical inventory management. The position requires the ability to lift at least 30 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Process returns and manage assets moving to maintenance.
• Handle repaired assets and return them to stock.
• Perform physical warehouse inventory and related scanning tasks.
• Update scan kiosks and manage catalog order processing in ServiceNow.
• Cook with imaging teams for asset disposition.

Required Qualifications

• A basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform is required.
• Candidates must have intermediate Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or asset management cycles.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
