IT Asset Management Associate

Location: Portland, OR — 100% onsite role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; this role cannot offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

About the role

Central single point of contact for managing IT assets (DaaS & Non-DaaS) across the USA and Canada. Responsibilities cover laptops, desktops, printers, factory PCs/devices, spare parts, inventory, logistics, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle (procurement → deployment → tracking → disposal)
• Maintain accurate asset inventory in ITSM/CMDB tools
• Handle receiving, shipping, and tracking of devices and spares across locations
• Monitor stock levels and trigger hardware/spare ordering (DaaS & Non-DaaS)
• Coordinate device imaging, staging, and deployment readiness
• Act as SPOC for logistics coordination with warehouses, sites, and vendors
• Manage vendor/OEM coordination for hardware break-fix issues
• Track and manage warranty status (in-warranty & out-of-warranty)
• Provide basic troubleshooting support (laptops, printers, peripherals)
• Execute secure asset disposal and maintain compliance records

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in IT asset management systems
• Hands-on desktop support experience managing enterprise-class end-user environments
