IT Architecture Senior Specialist

About the role

The ideal candidate will work well with a team and have the desire and aptitude to learn new software, cloud applications and information technology concepts. This role is part of a broader team implementing and maintaining SAP ERP related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer end users and developers to translate current processes into requirements for configuration and development of new functionality.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
• Serve as a functional specialist in business and technical functions to help configure SAP S4/HANA system to meet user needs.
• Serve as a liaison between technical team and the stakeholders.
• Designing and developing new functions or improving existing ones.
• Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience.
• Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files.
• Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure that they meet stated requirements.
• Provide technical support to end users and helping them troubleshoot issues with software applications.

Requirements

• Previous experience, 3-5 years, working as part of a team as a consultant.
• Previous experience with enterprise software or cloud applications SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP or enterprise business systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree, or equivalent training and job experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP ERP and related technologies.
