IT Applications Professional II – Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. Some travel to the corporate office in Tulsa, OK will be required for office meetings as needed.
About the role
Participate, with general supervision, in the design, configuration, support, and lifecycle management of SharePoint Online and other enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. Responsibilities include supporting business requirements, site and content management, workflow and automation needs, testing, deployment, documentation, governance, records management, and ongoing maintenance activities across ECM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Works independently with general supervision to design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint Online and other ECM solutions as prioritized by the business, including site structures, repositories, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, documentation, and training materials.
- Design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of reliable and scalable SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and ECM content management solutions that support user requirements and business processes.
- May influence others through explanation of SharePoint and ECM capabilities, governance standards, policies, records management practices, and best practices.
- Participate in SharePoint Online and ECM projects and operational processes through the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through deployment, adoption, and support.
- Gather and document business requirements from users to determine SharePoint and ECM capabilities, site or repository design, metadata, permissions, automation, records management, and reporting needs. Consult with users on priorities, complexity, governance considerations, and business impacts.
- Coordinate and communicate SharePoint and ECM configuration, support, migration, and enhancement activities with other team members, infrastructure personnel, Microsoft 365 administrators, vendors, business stakeholders, and management.
- Follow defined change control, compliance, records management, security, and governance procedures associated with SharePoint Online administration, ECM solution delivery, and related documentation.
- Deploy and support existing SharePoint and ECM solutions, templates, lists, libraries, workflows, repositories, and governance patterns across additional business areas.
- Interact with business users through consulting, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective use of SharePoint Online, Teams-connected sites, document libraries, metadata, permissions, and related ECM and Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with key process owners on documentation and resolution of SharePoint and ECM defects, enhancements, migrations, permissions issues, workflow needs, and content management projects.
- May review SharePoint and ECM configuration, documentation, or support work completed by lower-level professionals.
- Solve difficult, but typically not complex, SharePoint Online and ECM configuration, access, content management, workflow, and user support problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience.
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration, configuration, site design, list and library management, permissions, metadata, Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, and PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and administrative support.
- Experience supporting SharePoint-based and broader ECM business solutions, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user adoption.
- Experience with SharePoint lists, libraries, metadata, content types, views, permissions, repositories, and related content or data management concepts.
- Experience with solution delivery lifecycle methodology, change management, governance, records management, and basic project management concepts in a Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or ECM environment.
- Experience with SharePoint management and migration tools such as AvePoint, Quest, Varonis, and Cognillo.

Pay
Expected salary range: $82,000.00 - $122,000.00.
