Enterprise Content Management Analyst

About the role

Garland ISD is hiring an experienced technical professional to join the Data and Administrative Systems team and help support the district’s continued digital transformation. The Enterprise Content Management Analyst will serve as a technical lead for the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Enterprise Content Management solutions, with a primary focus on Laserfiche.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Laserfiche forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, repositories, and security
• Integrate Laserfiche with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP and Skyward SIS
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Partner with district departments to automate and streamline document-driven processes
• Develop and maintain APIs, database connections, technical specifications, and system documentation
• Support system testing, upgrades, implementations, troubleshooting, and end-user training
• Help strengthen information governance, records management, and document lifecycle practices across the district

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
• At least three years of experience working with enterprise information systems, system design, or application development
• Experience with ECM platforms such as Laserfiche, Microsoft, Hyland, OpenText, Box, IBM, Oracle, or M-Files
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, system integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, communication, and organizational skills

Qualifications

Experience in a Texas K-12 public education environment is preferred.
