Content Analyst
Non-exempt position; overtime at 1.5× base rate for hours over 40 per week, as required by law.
About the role
The Content Analyst will continuously optimize Sentera’s e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and primary web properties to improve digital performance, usability, customer engagement, and overall user experience. This role develops and maintains customer- and dealer-facing marketing content, analyzes digital content effectiveness, and drives ongoing website enhancements that support business growth objectives. The position works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to create targeted content and digital experiences that accelerate PixelScout adoption, support continued FieldAgent growth, and expand awareness and demand for Sentera’s sensor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Sentera’s e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and website experiences to enhance usability, customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.
- Develop, manage, and update marketing materials, product content, training resources, and support documentation that enable customer success and dealer adoption both in-house and at trade shows.
- Monitor website, e-commerce, and content analytics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements that support business objectives.
- Develop targeted content and digital campaigns that drive adoption and sales of PixelScout, FieldAgent, and Sentera’s sensor portfolio while supporting broader go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product management, customer success, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational growth goals.

Requirements
- 3+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, or web content management.
- Experience managing website content and marketing materials.
- Proven ability to use analytics to improve customer engagement and business results.

Education
Graphic Design or Marketing degree preferred; candidates without a degree will be considered with 5+ years of applicable experience.
Pay
$43.92 – $43.92/hr.
