About the Role

This senior technical position involves translating business requirements into robust software solutions, guiding technical direction, and serving as a subject matter expert for project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex projects, develop work plans, and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, influence team performance, and promote continuous learning.
• Design, develop, and deliver resilient, secure, multi-channel solutions using DEVOPS, Waterfall, and Agile practices.
• Translate functional specifications into scalable program designs, code modules, and stable applications.
• Collaborate with architects and vendors to ensure solutions meet architectural standards.
• Provide technical guidance during incident responses, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and validate testing scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and lead system incident support.
• Mentor and train team members, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in solution implementation using SDLC.
• At least two years in a technical leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, with eight or more years of software development experience; equivalent work experience may substitute.
