Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) "The Epic Software Testing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing testing activities related to Epic applications and integrated healthcare systems. This role ensures system changes, upgrades, optimizations, and new implementations are thoroughly tested prior to production deployment. The coordinator collaborates with application analysts, operational stakeholders, testing teams, vendors, and project managers to execute testing strategies that support patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This position is the primary role responsible for: Testing Planning & Coordination, Test Management, Defect Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, and Documentation & Compliance. We Are Seeking Experience coordinating testing efforts for enterprise systems. : Experience with User Acceptance Testing and defect management processes. Experience working within healthcare environments preferred Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking platforms. A Brief Overview The Business/Technical Platform Application Analyst III is a senior-level role for experienced analysts who have demonstrated sustained, high-quality performance and technical depth across multiple application areas. This position implements, administers, and supports assigned systems under minimal to no supervision, and has a thorough understanding of ERP modules or major platform management (Epic, Workday, Service Now, etc.) and health system operations. The Analyst III independently addresses issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity, delivers clear communication and documentation of complex concepts across the organization, and serves as an informal leader within the team — mentoring Application Analyst I and II staff, modeling self-direction and continuous growth, and helping the team develop and improve rather than defaulting to the status quo. Locations Stanford Health Care What You Will Do Application Support & Incident ResolutionProvide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on-call coverage as requiredImplementation, Upgrades & EnhancementsPerform a major role in complex software upgrade initiativesLead small- to medium-complexity new software installations and enhancement requestsImplement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department policies and proceduresAnalysis, Design & Problem SolvingAct as a technology subject matter expert and clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across different groups while influencing outcomesContinually identify opportunities for functional and stability improvement in applications, and constructively challenge existing approaches when a better solution existsIdentify system optimization and enhancement opportunities and collaborate with vendors and other IT analysts to design and implement effective solutionsAnticipate and resolve system problems; proactively identify and resolve technical debtResearch issues and use independent analysis and judgment to produce solution options — including alternative solutions when necessary to address system limitations — for complex and/or controversial matters, including pros, cons, risks, benefits, costs, and unintended consequences. Experience Qualifications 7 or more years of Application Analyst experience, with a demonstrated track record of progressively responsible, directly related work. Experience with 2 major application platform upgrades or implementations preferred.
