About the role

Promote public safety, public health, and trust through fair administration, education, and enforcement of liquor, cannabis, tobacco and vapor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enforce liquor, cannabis, tobacco, and vapor laws.
  • Provide customer service and education to the public.
  • Participate in team initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence in customer service, open and honest communication, transparency and accountability, data driven decisions, and business-initiated process improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in law enforcement, customer service, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of liquor, cannabis, tobacco, and vapor laws.

Qualifications

  • Pass a background check.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • Pass a physical fitness test.

Benefits

Schedule

This position is currently eligible to telework and requires a minimum of one (1) day per week in the office. This requirement is subject to change based on business needs.
