Senior Supervisor, Application Development
Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Supervisor, Application Development job sets goals and objectives for the achievement of operational results for the team that maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. This job coordinates the team responsible for software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
Key Accountabilities
- Deep expertise in end-to-end procurement, spend management, and master data management processes.
- Strong knowledge of solution extension strategies and process orchestration using modern platforms such as SAP BTP and ServiceNow.
- Experience working within agile product delivery methodologies across multiple regional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product vision, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and backlog management in an agile delivery model.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP Ariba modules, ServiceNow, and SAP BTP technology platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement using AI and agentic tools is Plus.
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
