IT Application Analyst - HRIS

Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and support the Lawson GHR application module to ensure system stability and optimized functionality for HR and Payroll processes.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve application issues, streamline workflows, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Handle module configuration, user support, report development, and implement improvements to drive efficiency across the organization.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in Lawson’s HR modules (Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Space, and Manager Space).
- Manage all aspects of the assigned Lawson application and any supporting systems.
- Independently identify and fulfill responsibilities with minimal oversight, especially on critical matters.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment, evaluating different options and making informed decisions.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HRIS application support, specifically with Lawson (Infor) or other HRIS/ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Lawson (Infor) HRIS and its modules (Lawson Talent Management, Global HR, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee/Manager Space, and Candidate Space).
- Experience with Lawson HCM system implementation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefits procedures.
- Experience with JB Dev – Time and Attendance system.
- Strong understanding of SQL for querying data, creating reports, and troubleshooting issues.
- Familiarity with system integrations and interface development in a Lawson environment.
- Knowledge of database concepts, HRIS configuration, and data flow management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of hospital business operations, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in healthcare.
- Open to traveling up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System (preferred).

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $71,760.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for other geographic locations. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
