IT Analyst

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for clinical, operational, and business applications.
- Work closely with hospital departments, end users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure systems and applications remain reliable, secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational and patient care objectives.
- Support daily operations through troubleshooting application issues, analyzing workflows, configuring systems, coordinating upgrades and enhancements.
- Assist with implementations, integrations, and go-live activities across multiple healthcare platforms.
- Perform incident management, system testing, documentation, user support, and training.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience supporting applications in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, security, and compliance standards.
- Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
- Open to traveling up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of clinical, operational, or business systems within healthcare organizations.
- Understanding of interfaces, databases, and integrations.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $23.35 to $53.25 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
