Dow has an exciting opportunity for an Information Technology Analyst located in Midland, MI or Houston, TX!

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and document solutions to meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements while ensuring conformance to standards and complying with Enterprise Architecture strategies and direction.
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.
• Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications.
• Understand broader technical vision of the Information Technology Services organization and align solutions accordingly.
• Lead and/or implement continuous improvement efforts.
• Able to work independently and as a team member.
• Ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are met.
• Assist with project shaping arrangements, along with workload planning.

Requirements

• Familiar with SAP systems, ETL concepts, and common database and application integrations.
• Basic understanding with common web communication protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, ODATA).
• Knowledge of common authentication methods and certificates (SSO, OAuth, SAML, Basic, Keypairs).
• Comfortable learning and managing new technologies.
• Aptitude to learn quickly.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• SAP Process Orchestration (i.e. SAP PI/PO), SAP Data Services (i.e. BODS), SAP Business Technology Platform and Cloud Foundry, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP API Management, Azure Event Driven Architecture, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Globalscape SFTP Application Platforms & Operations.
• Strong knowledge and expertise with Windows system administration, Active Directory knowledge and experience is a plus, Linux administration experience is a plus.
• Strong working experience in a cloud environment (Azure).
• Entra ID knowledge and experience is a plus, On premise and cloud deployment/upgrade experience.
• Good expertise within DevSecOps practices, Hands-on experience with DevSecOps toolset is a plus, Azure DevOps / GitHub, AKS / Containers, Visual Studio and Git, CI/CD pipeline experience is a plus, Automation and scripting skills like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and IaC templates, Software lifecycle management experience.
• Good communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• The ability to work legally in the United States.
