IT Agile Delivery Owner Lead

As an IT Agile Deliver Owner Lead in the Digital Customer Communication organization, you'll help agile teams deliver customer and business value through effective planning, facilitation, coordination, and continuous improvement. You'll partner with product owners, project managers, business system analysts, developers, quality analysts, architects, and operations teams to support delivery across Salesforce and related integrations. In this role, you'll manage release schedules, coordinate cross-team dependencies, balance capacity with business priorities, remove impediments, and drive alignment across initiatives. You'll also mentor others on Agile and Lean practices and help evolve how technology solutions are delivered. This is a remote position for US-based work only. Schedule: 8 am-5 pm ET, Mon - Fri with a few monthly 6 am ET deployments Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices.{OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices Preferred Skills Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional planning, coordinate dependencies, and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.Experience supporting release readiness, deployment coordination, production support activities, and operational planning; also, project management experience.Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics, flow management, backlog health, continuous improvement practices, and coaching teams to strengthen Agile ways of working and build high-performing Agile teams.Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (AzDO) or similar tools, for backlog management, work item management, dependency tracking, reporting, dashboards, planning, and delivery metrics.Strong collaboration skills with a focus on identifying process improvements, increasing efficiency, and driving added value.
