Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support the NetSuite ERP platform
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflows
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related system issues
- Support and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications
- Cook up system updates, patches, and enhancements
- Develop, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards within NetSuite
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration or technical support
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Experience with user management, role-based access, and ERP workflows
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with SQL, system integrations, and scripting
