IT Administrative Coordinator#26-115

Job Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the IT Administrative Coordinator performs advanced administrative, coordination, and operational support for the Information Technology Services (ITS) section. This position oversees daily administrative workflows, coordinates section-wide processes, maintains reporting and procedures, and ensures smooth operational functioning of the ITS section.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
• An Associate’s degree and at least five (5) years of responsible clerical or administrative experience, preferably providing support in an IT or technical environment, are preferred qualifications.
