Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target markets, focusing on businesses with AV project needs.
- Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social engagement to introduce Solutionz’s services and identify client needs.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit for our products and services.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and account managers to develop strategies for winning new business.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth.
- KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including lead conversion rates, outreach activity, and revenue goals.
