Key Responsibilities
- Manage ISP orders from initiation through completion.
- Cook up installation schedules and deployment timelines.
- Maintain project trackers and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure on-time delivery and successful office launches.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and escalation items.
- Serve as a liaison between internet service providers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Cook up installation activities and service delivery requirements.
- Monitor vendor responsiveness and resolve issues impacting project timelines.
- Support communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Update and maintain project management platforms and operational tracking tools.
- Process invoices and support project financial tracking.
- Absorb accurate documentation of project activities and status updates.
- Aid in operational reporting and project health monitoring.
- Support connectivity deployments for new and existing locations.
- Cook up activities related to network infrastructure readiness.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and facilities teams to ensure successful implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2–4+ years of experience in project coordination, telecommunications, infrastructure operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Experience working in high-volume operational environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Network infrastructure or telecommunications experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar asset management platforms.
- Experience supporting vendor management and service delivery programs.
- Strong customer service background.
- Experience with project tracking and workflow management tools.
