About the role

Atlas Field Services (AFS) is seeking an experienced ISN Compliance Specialist to support contractor readiness programs for utility clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor compliance activities within ISNetworld (ISN).
  • Maintain contractor ISN status, grades, qualifications, and required documentation to ensure continuous work readiness.
  • Proactively identify deficiencies and work directly with contractors to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Guide prime contractors and subcontractors through ISN requirements, helping them maintain compliance and avoid work stoppages.
  • Create templates, guidance documents, and standardized resources to support contractors and safety documentation requirements.
  • Cover contractor onboarding, qualification, and readiness activities for new and existing vendors.
  • Coordinate contractor audits, assessments, and compliance reviews as required.
  • Analyze data, performance metrics, and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding ISN requirements and expectations.
  • Aid contractors in understanding client, regulatory, and safety-related ISN requirements.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with contractors to promote long-term compliance and program success.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports, status updates, and performance summaries to management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting contractor compliance, contractor management, project administration, safety programs, or related business operations.
  • Experience working with ISNetworld (ISN) or similar contractor compliance management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of contractor qualification, compliance, and risk management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
