About the role
Atlas Field Services (AFS) is seeking an experienced ISN Compliance Specialist to support contractor readiness programs for utility clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor compliance activities within ISNetworld (ISN).
- Maintain continuous work readiness by monitoring contractor ISN status, grades, qualifications, and required documentation.
- Proactively identify deficiencies and work directly with contractors to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Guide prime contractors and subcontractors through ISN requirements, ensuring compliance and avoiding work stoppages.
- Create and maintain tracking systems, workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Develop templates, guidance documents, and standardized resources to support contractors and safety documentation requirements.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, qualification, and readiness activities for new and existing vendors.
- Support contractor audits, assessments, and compliance reviews as required.
- Analyze data, performance metrics, and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding ISN requirements and expectations.
- Aid contractors in understanding client, regulatory, and safety-related ISN requirements.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with contractors to promote long-term compliance and program success.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports, status updates, and performance summaries to management and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting contractor compliance, contractor management, project administration, safety programs, or related business operations.
- Experience working with ISNetworld (ISN) or similar contractor compliance management platforms.
- Strong understanding of contractor qualification, compliance, and risk management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
