About the Role

We are looking for quality ISMs (Internet Sales Managers) to join our family-owned operation in the Phoenix area. Our stores boast a great atmosphere, beautiful facilities, and a professional, ethical, and fun environment. This is not a high-pressure "grinder" environment—no bell-to-bell stress during the last week of the month.

Our Lexus stores maintain nearly perfect CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores, and we expect that standard to continue. We are expanding our used car business, so experience in both new and used car sales is essential. If you excel in new car sales but struggle with used cars, this opportunity may not be the right fit.
