IS Business Analyst I (San Diego, CA) What You'll Do Load and maintain customer list data on a recurring cadence, using data transformation tools to cleanse and prepare itIdentify and escalate data inconsistencies, recommend solutions, and follow issues through to resolutionGather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear Jira tickets for the development teamTest new fields and CRM updates across DEV, UAT, and PROD, and maintain up-to-date documentation of data mappings and processes What You'll Need SQL and database knowledge, including querying, joining tables, and understanding schemasExperience with data transformation toolsExperience gathering requirements and working with a development teamQA testing and data quality experienceStrong documentation skillsFamiliarity with agile methodology and JiraExperience working in an audited environmentIdeally 1 to 3 years of relevant experienceCRM experience strongly preferred What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $36.00 to $36.00 per hour.
