About the role
We’re looking for a BCBA who aspires to create breakthroughs families talk about for years, mentors BTs and RBTs to grow into better clinicians, and balances scientific rigor with steady, sensitive care. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs to grow the next generation of clinicians
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Let data guide your decisions while keeping each child at the center of care
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and communication that builds trust
