About the role
We’re looking for a certain kind of clinician: a BCBA who aspires to have their kids make breakthroughs families talk about for years, whose BTs and RBTs grow into better clinicians because of their mentorship, and who can hold scientific rigor in one hand and steady, sensitive care in the other and never let go!
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Serve as a strong clinical mentor and grow the next generation of Life Changers
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Let data guide your decisions, and keep each child squarely at the center
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and the kind of communication that builds trust
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and supervise staff
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
