IS Technician II
HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Industrial Services General Laborers/Hydro blasters to join a safety-conscious traveling team based in the Laporte, TX area. This role provides intercompany regional support across Technical, Field, and Industrial Services.
Responsibilities
- Confined space entry and working at heights.
- Operating alongside various types of industrial equipment.
- Wearing protective clothing and equipment, including Nomex coveralls, slicker suits, rubber boots, fresh air breathing masks, escape packs, and hard hats.
- Working under extreme climate conditions (e.g., high heat index of 95+°F, 98% humidity, subzero temperatures).
- Exposure to dust, chemical and environmental fumes, exhaust, and highly pressurized fluids.
- 75% local travel and 25% regional travel.
Requirements
- Previous industrial services experience preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting, confined space entry, and working at heights.
- Ability to wear a respirator.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- TWIC card required or must be able to obtain.
- Availability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
