Responsibilities
- Planner and coordinator of large-scale projects with minimal supervision
- Maintain detailed, well-organized documentation and provide periodic status updates
- Stay current with new developments and emerging technologies
- Monitor processes and projects, recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Establish project priorities
- Direct project team activities
- Manage project budgets
- Collaborate closely with other project and line managers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technology or business discipline, with 1-5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a professional environment, including at least 2 years of project management or program oversight experience, at least 1 year of budget management, and at least 1 year in a technical position
- OR Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a professional environment, including at least 2 years of project management or program oversight experience, at least 2 years of budget management, and at least 2 years in a technical position
- OR 12 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a professional environment, including at least 3 years of project management or program oversight experience, at least 3 years of budget management, and at least 2 years in a technical position
- Strong leadership skills to build and lead cohesive cross-departmental teams
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and problems, gather relevant information, and evaluate alternative courses of action
- Demonstrated communication, planning, and organizational skills
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen.
