Irrigator/Farm Worker

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Irrigator / Farm Worker to join our team on a 39-acre kumquat and passion fruit farm in Fallbrook, CA.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the farm's irrigation systems.
• Perform fertilizer injection through irrigation systems.
• Diagnose and repair irrigation equipment and systems.
• Assist with general farm maintenance and daily operations.
• Weed management and pest monitoring/control.
• Support other farm tasks as needed throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Irrigation experience is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot irrigation issues.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay

Hourly wage (based on experience).
