$20.00 – $25.00/hr (Based on Diagnostic Expertise) + Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses

Requirements

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• 5+ Years of dedicated irrigation experience in commercial or high-end residential systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Hunter ACC2/ICD and Rain Bird ESP-LXIVM 2-wire systems (decoders, tracking open wires, shorts, and wire path tracing).
• Hands-on electrical diagnostic skills using multimeters, wire locators, and valve locators for solenoid resistance, amp, and voltage testing.
• Expertise in diagnosing hydraulic issues such as stuck/weeping valves, diaphragm failures, and high-pressure PVC mainline/lateral repairs.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, service, and repair complex 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic locators and meters to trace faults, find buried valves, and repair electrical shorts efficiently.
• Program commercial controllers, build custom water schedules, and perform system audits.
• Document job notes cleanly and recommend system upgrades directly to property managers and homeowners.
