A growing equipment company is looking for a hands-on Irrigation Manager who understands agricultural irrigation and knows what it takes to keep crews, equipment, and customers moving. We're interested in two types of people: an experienced irrigation leader or a strong field/service professional ready to take the next step. This isn't a desk job. You'll lead an established irrigation operation, balancing fieldwork, people, schedules, equipment, and customer commitments. Your Responsibilities Include Lead, schedule, and develop irrigation installation and service crewsCoordinate projects, equipment, materials, and field resourcesTroubleshoot irrigation systems and help solve problems in the fieldMonitor labor, job costs, productivity, and project performanceWork directly with agricultural customers and support salesImprove safety, quality, equipment reliability, and operational results What will get our attention? 4+ years of agricultural irrigation experienceExperience with center-pivot irrigation systems, installation, maintenance, or serviceStrong mechanical and equipment troubleshooting skillsAbility to organize crews, schedules, and customer prioritiesLeadership experience OR the potential and desire to step into leadershipCDL and ability to meet applicable DOT and physical requirements You don't need a management title to be considered.
