About the role

Kinsley Steel's Ironworker Apprenticeship Program teaches essential ironworking skills and standards needed for the industry. From day one, you're on the job site, working alongside leading mentors who train you in Steel Fabrication and Ironworking.

The 3-Year Apprenticeship Program offers the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning certified Journeyman status. You'll build your skills by working on various types of commercial construction projects.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
  • Ability to pass basic reading and math testing
  • Ability to travel to various job sites and out-of-town work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and dependability
