Brief Summary of Job
During IRONMAN World Championship events on October 8, October 11, and October 12:
- Responsible for transferring food items and required dishes to banquet areas and setting up/ breaking down the food tent service areas.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Transfer food items and required dishes to banquet areas.
- Aid in wiping down and maintaining food tent serving area.
- Aid in proper food storage and rotation.
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
Requirements
- One (1) year experience preferred.
- High school or equivalent education.
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements
- English speaking or bilingual.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments.
- Ability to maintain good team member relations.
- Dependable.
Pay
Temporary Rate of Pay: $21.73/hour (No Gratuity)
