Food Runner - Full Time

About the role

The Food Runner at Hana-Maui Resort is responsible for presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature in the restaurant and guest rooms. This role requires good communication skills, the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight, engage in casual conversation, and enhance the experience through service attributes.

Responsibilities

• Present guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature in the restaurant and guest rooms.
• Maintain a sanitary environment.
• Engage in casual conversation with guests.
• Enhance the experience through service attributes.
• May assist with private dinners.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Present TB clearance upon hire.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
