Position Overview

Job Description

  • Attend student organization and staff workshops to be held during Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 (2 workshops per semester).
  • Assist student organizations and Greek life organizations with IRISE virtues programming.
  • Affiliate with organizing and judging competitions.
  • Affiliate with creating and maintaining an IRISE Virtues Project website.
  • Maintain an IRISE Virtues social media presence.
  • Manage an IRISE Virtues poster/banner presence.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively as demonstrated by prior work experience or reference check.
  • Interest in the topics of character development and values formation as evidenced in cover letter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed course work or other background in ethics, character development, or values formation, as evidenced by application materials.
  • Previous work on an IRISE project.
  • Position Requirements

    • This is an hourly/non-exempt position.
    • This position requires meeting with the project supervisor periodically to assess work progress.
    • This position will take place over the 2026-2027 academic year, and work must be completed during this time.
