IRA Associate

Seeking a detail-oriented IRA Associate to support the administration of self-directed retirement accounts and provide excellent client service. Responsibilities include opening and closing accounts, processing transactions and distributions, maintaining accurate account records, preparing client documentation, assisting with IRS reporting and compliance deadlines, and supporting billing and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, excellent follow-up abilities, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals. • Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or account administration in a structured business environment. • Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in recordkeeping. • Ability to handle inbound calls and communicate professionally with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders. • Working knowledge of basic computer applications and office systems used for documentation and account tracking. • Solid organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively. • Familiarity with tax-related documents, including exposure to IRS or local tax processes, is preferred. • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a collaborative team setting.
