Registered Funds Associate

About the role

We are seeking associate candidates for our DC office with 2-5 years of experience in the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and related regulations. Candidates should have experience representing registered investment companies, including the preparation and review of registration statements and offering documents, board meeting materials, investment management agreements and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Represent registered investment companies
• Prepare and review registration statements and offering documents
• Review and prepare board meeting materials
• Prepare and review investment management agreements and related materials
