Responsibilities

• Performs high quality radiographic images.
• Functions as a member of a team performing interventional procedures.
• Works under sterile conditions, similar to an operating room.
• Promotes good will among co-workers and other departments, maintaining a positive and comforting demeanor with all patients.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Must participate in on-call coverage.
• Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or institutional policy.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Experience performing special interventional procedures.
• Experience working in a hospital setting.
• Customer Service experience.
• Experience with vascular imaging procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) required.
• Registered Technologist in Cardiovascular (ARRT CV) certification required.
• OR Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification required.
