IR RN
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting.
The posting includes:
- Intro: "Welcome! We’re excited you’re considering an opportunity with us! To apply to this position and be considered, click the Apply button located above this message and complete the application in full. Below, you’ll find other important information about this position." This is boilerplate/application instructions; we should remove.
- Then description: "This position has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process. - Then EEO boilerplate.
We need to include sections only if real specific content.
We have content for:
- About the role (the initial paragraph). Could be considered "About the role". We'll put that in About the role
with
. - Responsibilities: we have CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES list. Use
- .
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (education, certification, experience). Could be Requirements.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (BSN). Could be Qualifications.
- Skills: Skills And Abilities list.
- Benefits: Not mentioned. No benefits specifics.
- Pay: Not mentioned.
- Schedule: Additional Job Description includes "4 10s per week, 7am-530pm, potential weekend call Scheduled Weekly Hours 40". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Also we might include Working Environment? Not a standard heading; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? But we only allowed headings from list. We could put physical requirements and working environment maybe under Responsibilities? But better to maybe include them under Responsibilities as part of duties? However they are not duties. Could we create a section like "Requirements" to include physical requirements? But the instruction says use those headings only; we can still include other headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also add other headings if needed? Probably better to stick to those. We can place physical requirements and working environment under Responsibilities or maybe under Requirements? But they are not requirements. Could create a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in list; maybe we should omit them? However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop them. So we need to include them somewhere. We could add a
Working Environment
but that's not in the allowed list. The instruction says "usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings. So we can add headings like Physical Requirements, Working Environment, etc. But to be safe, we could incorporate them into Responsibilities or Requirements as subpoints. However they'd lose some nuance. Better to add headings for Physical Requirements and Working Environment. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Physical Requirements, Working Environment, Schedule. We also have CAPE program details; that could be under Responsibilities or maybe under Qualifications? It's about career ladder. Could be part of Responsibilities? Might be better as its own section: Career Advancement (CAPE). But not in list. Could add as a section. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Let's parse sections: About the role paragraph: from "This position has the authority..." to "...inpatient hospital setting." Responsibilities (CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): list of statements starting with "Modifies patient’s plan of care..." through "Engages in opportunities for work/life balance." Also includes "For Facilities With Specialty Accreditation Requirements Completion of annual required education related to specialty accreditation as defined by accreditation standards. Training may be completed through CBLs, trainings, In-services, and competency validation." That's part of responsibilities. Requirements (Minimum Qualifications): Education/Certification/Licensure: Current RN license, obtain BLS within 30 days. Experience: One (1) year of registered nursing experience. Qualifications (Preferred): Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN). Skills And Abilities: list of bullet-like sentences: "Possesses the interpersonal skills to positively and effectively communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflict." etc. Physical Requirements: paragraph about physical demands, NIOSH recommendation, heavy/hard work, visual acuity, hearing. Working Environment: paragraph about working protracted or irregular hours, biohazards, infectious diseases, deceased, hands in water, electrical hazards. CAPE program: description of levels. Schedule: Additional Job Description: "4 10s per week, 7am-530pm, potential weekend call Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt) Company CCMC Camden Clark Medical Center Cost Center 151 CCMC Radiology Diagnostic Address 800 Garfield Ave Parkersburg West Virginia" We also have company info but that's metadata; we could drop as per instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include company address maybe in a short p under About the role? But it's minor metadata; we could drop it. However schedule includes shift details; we keep that. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
