Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Servicing pest issues
- Maintain a positive customer experience from initial contact to follow-up
- Solve pest-related mysteries
- Work outdoors in natural environments
- Study insects and rodents
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- State pesticide applicator license (training and certification provided for non-licensed candidates)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time with possible overtime
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate ladders
