Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new processes and technologies to support the growth of the cannabis industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to customers and partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our team and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, business, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation, extraction, and product development
• Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
