Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Admitted to practice in Ohio
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex, fast-paced matters across jurisdictions
• Team-oriented with sound business judgment

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in trademark and copyright matters, including litigation, prosecution, clearance, enforcement, and licensing
• Exposure to global client work in the fashion, food & beverage, or tech industries is preferred
