Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Draft and negotiate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial office leases.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate matters.
- Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining strong professional networks.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in real estate law.
- Strong academic credentials, preferably a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
- Commitment to excellence and a passion for real estate law.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with real estate transaction software and databases.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $195,000 – $265,000/yr. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
