About the role

The ideal candidate will lead innovative educational strategies, mentor teachers, and contribute to the overall success of the school community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.
• Mentor and support teachers in improving their instructional practices.
• Evaluate teaching methods and provide constructive feedback to improve classroom effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
• Knowledge of current educational research and best practices.

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
